Order Process

We understand that ordering can be a little daunting sometimes, so we’ve tried to make the process as simple as possible. .

There is no need to send money at the time ordering, send us the media you want us to convert liberating its new potential. We will invoice you once we have completed the work.

Carefully package your media in a secure box or a jiffy bag and post it to:-Digitalshoebox, 52 Godstone Road, Purley, CR8 2DD.

We will confirm safe receipt with an email where we will confirm the costs to undertake the work, giving you the opportunity to amend you’re your order.

Our technicians will undertake the work to convert your media to a digital format.

We will send an invoice where you can pay using your PayPal account or credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. Alternatively you can pay by direct bank transfer.

Once payment is received we will return your original media and the digital versions on the DVD or memory stick depending on the options you chose.
